HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE?

Choose the items you desire. Click Add to Cart. From there go to your shopping cart and choose a method of payment and delivery.

The order will be shipped after the purchase process has been completed with a valid purchase.

You can choose a fast delivery option guaranteeing delivery within 3 business days.

The shipping fee will be displayed at the end of the order under the items in your cart.
Shuzi Jewelry does not take responsibility for delayed shipments.
The option to order from the website is limited to regions according to the map of the postal areas of Israel Post.

If an order needs to be shipped outside of the Israel post regions, please contact us directly so we can find a solution.
The supply dates specified above do not apply to items that are out of stock.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept refunds and exchanges according to the following conditions. The purchasing customer is eligible to receive a full refund within 24 hours of the purchase, provided that no damage has been done to the product. After 24 hours of the purchase the customer may receive a monetary credit based on the amount of the purchase they made.
Canceling the order prior to shipping will not result in an additional charge. The customer will be refunded the money paid for the transaction, including shipping charges. A monetary credit will be deducted in accordance with what is stated in the law.
In the case where the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, a full monetary credit will be refunded to the customer with the shipping cost deducted from the refund. The credit will be granted provided that the item is returned without use and/or defect and/or damaged. If the product is returned not as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (not a monetary credit or a credit voucher) for the value of the purchase.

If the product is returned within two weeks from the time of purchase, the customer will receive a credit voucher for purchase on the site.
The unused item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Eligibility for a financial credit is conditional on a period of up to one month (at the latest) from the date of execution of the credit/PayPal transaction.
No monetary credit will be given for unpaid items, such as promotions or gifts.

Dimensions of the bracelets appear in the item description on the website. If there are other questions or requests (smaller or larger) contact us directly to see if a change can be made to the desired bracelet.
