The shipping time depends on the delivery company, but their commitment is up to 5 business days maximum.
The company does not take responsibility for delayed packages.
The option to order from the site is limited to regions according to the map of the postal areas of Israel Post.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept refunds and exchanges according to the following conditions. The purchasing customer is eligible to receive a full refund within 24 hours of the purchase, provided that no damage is done to the product. After 24 hours of the purchase the customer may receive a monetary credit based on the amount of the purchase he made.
Cancellation of the order prior to sending the product to the customer will not incur an additional charge, and the customer will refund the money that it paid for the transaction, including shipping charges. A monetary credit will be given in accordance with what is stated in the law.
In case of cancellation of a transaction after the product has been sent to the customer and after receipt of the goods by us, a full monetary credit will be given. The shipping cost will be deducted from the credit. The credit will be granted provided that the item is returned without use and / or defect and / or damage - and with the label as received. If the product is returned not as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (not a monetary credit or a credit voucher).
The Company has sole discretion regarding the status of the Goods being returned.
The unused item can be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
