Terms & Conditions – Shuzi Jewelry

We offer both domestic (Israel) and international delivery services:

📦 Domestic (Israel):

• Standard home delivery (Door2Door) within 5 business days.

• Delivery Fee: 35 ILS for orders under 300 ILS, free for orders of 300 ILS and above.

• In‑store pickup at our studio in Pardes Hanna-Karkur is available within 2 business days, by appointment and with ID confirmation.

🌍 International (abroad):

• Shipping via DHL air mail with tracking number, delivery within up to 7 business days.

• Orders of 500 ILS or more are shipped free. Orders up to 250 ILS: 85 ILS shipping fee; 250–500 ILS: 65 ILS.

• Import or customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking confirmation will be provided by email once the order is shipped.

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

• Refunds or store credit will be issued after the returned item arrives at our studio.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Earrings and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

• Orders can be canceled up to 14 days after receiving the item (or order confirmation, whichever is later).

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email: shuzijewelry@gmail.com

• If the order was not yet shipped, a full refund will be issued, including shipping.

• If the order was already shipped, a cancellation fee will apply:

   

  • 5% of the total order amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, plus return shipping costs.

   

• All jewelry pieces are carefully crafted and inspected prior to shipment.

• We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

• The warranty does not cover:

   

  • Breakage, scratches, wear and tear, or plating erosion

  • Damage from improper use or storage

  • Repairs performed by unauthorized parties

   

• In case of a defect:

   

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with a description and proof of purchase.

  • We will offer a free repair or replacement, depending on availability.

  • Repairs may take up to 30 business days.

  • After the warranty expires, repairs can be offered for a symbolic fee (by agreement).

   

• Limitation of Liability: Shuzi and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages – including financial loss, loss of profits, damage to reputation, or any other damage – that may result from the use of jewelry purchased on the website, improper use of the products, reliance on information presented on the website, or any service provided through it. The information on the website is provided for general purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or any kind of commitment. In any case, Shuzi’s liability shall be limited to the actual amount paid for the purchased product.

• We accept payments via credit card and PayPal.

• Payments are processed through secure platforms using SSL encryption and industry-standard data protection protocols

• The website is protected by SSL encryption to ensure the safety of personal and payment information.

• Customer information is used solely for the purpose of processing orders and will not be shared with third parties.

All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the exclusive property of Shuzi Jewelry.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Haifa District, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use of the website and the ability to place orders are limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they are legally an adult and fully capable of entering into binding agreements.

Shuzi reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a minor without parental or guardian consent.
